Preity Zinta wants unconditional apology from Ness Wadia?

Preity Zinta's insistence on unconditional apology from her former boyfriend and business partner Ness Wadia, has sealed the route of compromise between the two.

According to reports, Preity Zinta has placed five conditions before Ness, through her lawyer, to withdraw the molestation complaint filed on June 12 against him.

Some reports suggest, that the Wadia family was in favour of a compromise, but ruled out unconditional apology. Ness is apparently ready to fulfill the rest four demands placed by the actress.
The four conditions(reported by a leading daily) Ness' team seemed willing to accept are:
1. Ness will not make attempts to be physically proximate with Preity.
2. Ness will be barred from directly communicating with Preity in any manner; messages exchanged will be through officials of Kings XI Punjab, of which Preity and Ness are co-owners.
3. Preity will not receive monetary compensation for withdrawing the complaint.
4. Ness will not intrude upon any aspect of Preity's personal affairs.
However, Mumbai Police and officials from both camps have dismissed reports of any attempt for compromise.
"These are just rumours and no such event has happened," Preity's lawyer Hitesh Jain was quoted as saying by the leading daily.
"It's all speculative reports. There is no truth behind this," the spokesperson from Wadia group told IANS. He added no such conversation took place between the two parties.
In her complaint against Ness to Mumbai Police, Preity had accused Ness of abusing, pushing and shoving her during an IPL game between Kings X1 Punjab and Chennai Super Kings on May 30. Ness has denied the charges.
